Fresh Week

I hope last week is not flash in the pan and condition will improve better.

After a day of rest yesterday. It is time to start a new week afresh.

Have the usual 50mins bike this morning. Have my book accompany so didn't really notice how the time flies. :p

At the of this week, there is a run event that i am going to take part. It wasn't plan, but at this moment, just take it on the stride and see how the fitness level current is. I need to make a decision on an event next year. The deadline is end of June (sort of). Let see how.

Have to resolve some work in office and have to skip the night workout. Sigh...
