Woke up without any ache whatever. Feel abit strange to be so "fresh". Yesterday run is on flat surface, only the heart has been trained!
Once i saddle on, the feel is different. Try to go with a higher cadence from the beginning and start feeling the strain! Litmus test result do not need to wait long.
A bit struggling at times, but did manage 50mins this morning.
Sometime you feel good, sometime just by completing is a victory by itself. It is time to move on.
Forget to dry my running short. When i pick up my short, it was wet and super smelly! Alamak! How to go gym like that. Sigh...no choice have to slack:)
No i am not guilty! Skin too thick to feel that...
