Recovery day
Legs abit aching still. Nevertheless hit the saddle for a 40mins recovery ride. It wasn't that bad during the ride.
Spent another 10mins doing stretching. Ouch...
On the bright side, it couldn't get any worst.
Had an hour of bike follow by an hour of weights in the evening.
A good session. A recovery workout. After the session, the legs feel much fresher. :)
I must be super out of shape. Or i am getting old. Taking so long to recover. I am still not total out of the "ache" yet. Sigh. All the hard work in the past have lost it.
I should face the reality that i am just not up to the mark anymore.
