still recovery ?

Strange. Legs are still aching but do show sign of recovery.

The water is chill this morning. I prefer abit more cold! :)

First few hundreds on breast and subsequent 100 meter each stroke. It was a relax and therapeutic swim. Each 100 meters, different muscle are being "massage". Keep rotating them until 2km is up...felt good.

Nothing to sound about, 55mins effort. A good recovery swim.

SPIN in the evening. Just whack it and it feel good. A big pool of water underneath the bike. :) Follow up by a 2km run on treadmill. Cool.

Kena 2 ERP with 2 mins! KNS, damn. These gantry is a killer!
