Aftermath - Bay Run
Last evening, thighs start to ache..hmm...21km...flat surface...ache...
What is happening here? Hmm....Sigh...
Woke up feeling the quads are sore. Disappointing. Body have deteroriate so much! Damn!
Still head to the gym. Go easy with bike as a recovery. Low resistance. Slowly move up step at a time. Finished feeling much better.
Still abit ache now.
