Restart the engine
I slept very late. Last few nights of late sleep needs a while to get ride of the habit. Woke up tired, still require time to adjust back the body clock.
Head to the gym feeling tired. I was tired hitting the bike for about 4 mins and switch to different theme for 30 mins. I know I am struggling from the start. Keep telling myself to stop and do something else simple. I didn’t and proceed to complete the bike session.Pui leow cannot slack.
Currently can feel the lack of sleep time. Lethargic. Time to restart the engine and prepare for the events coming.
After work, head to the gym with T. Had 30 mins of the bike + another hour on weights. Not really in the mood on workout. Nevertheless the weights is good.
Slowly getting engine warm up. :)
