Decide to go gym this morning, as tomorrow i am on leave, i could spent some time doing a longer swim.
A good session, feeling fresh and good after it.
Intention is to go for a run this evening. Wasn't feel that good around 5pm and decide against it. In fact for the past 2 days the body seems like going through another round of turmoil. Better take it easy.
Head to the gym and had 60mins of biking. Quite nice session.
Alas wrong infor, waited 1 hr for SH. Took a walk and recee around. Still remember Ben(divey) business proposal..haha...seem like no business this evening leh....:)

What special? Ben say you be the cashier, he will be the handy man..i think i will take of the security..hehe...
