Worst ?

IT went up and didn't stop. The last time i notice it is 11am+. Sigh...It is getting worst. Even resting is taking too long a time to calm it down. Sigh...

Morning, i think i overdo it during warming up. HR went up after 5mins of treadmill. Sigh.

Reduce the weights and take it easy but didn't help. Have to cut short the session...Sigh...
