Weekend Warrior?
Saturday - Run - MR - 25km
Some did 30km, other OTOT. For me, a mere 25km.
I can feel the tiredness even around 10-12km. Sigh. Stamina have ease so much that it is going to be a struggle even for 20km! Just feel tired, breathing like chuan, pace wasn't that fast. Legs feel strong.
Took a few breaks here and there during the run. A super long break along Rifle Range while waiting for those doing 30km.
A good run, but not really that tough. Have to take it easy - Super Easy!
Sunday - Gym - Weights
Again, like last week, i woke up on time. In fact the night before, all the preparation work for this morning bike is done. End up, i just stare at the lappie and stone. Don't know what am i doing - just rotting away!
It may be coming to a cross junction, where every move is "checked" and wonder did i make the right move?
Send PL for tuition and i proceed to gym for a weights session. It was a good session. Enjoy it.
HR wise, it is good for this weekend. Hopefully it holds once again.
