Another start of the week
Have my regular 50mins on the bike this morning. Wasn't that tough, just nice to get the engine going. The burn area still abit of sensation. Should be going away soon leow.

- Accidentially, discover the joy of running while trying to keep fit after i had failed my IPPT in 2003. I have come a long way since.
