Tuesday - Run
CBD run this evening. Suppose to do 6 sets at FC. I did 5. I believe 2 more than last run here. Have to be conservative.
The run was okay. Pace was good. Try to keep breathing calmly.
Still have strength left after 5 sets. Nevermind, left it for the return leg.
Cool...make it back feeling good. Thanks guys for the accompany.
