How.....
It started when i was on the way to the gym this morning. I can feel it. Can't take a good measurement while driving.
Reach the gym, stretching before the workout. Can still feel it...check...damn....
Start the bike. Difficult. Thighs aching, breathing heart...stop after 1min. Rest...and continue to do some stationary workout... hmmm....not doing any good.....
Head to shower and off to work.
How to train?
After work head straight to Queenstown SC. Hmm...looking for running shoe...NOPE!....
I actually went to buy boots! Soccer boots! Haha...i am venture into soccer! My first boot! I think it is nike(shoe not with me now!)...haha...brought Boots, sock and shin guard.
Damage is $98++.
Hopefully i get to use it often, or at all! I am crazy!
Head to the gym after that. Spend 60mins on the bike, follow by weight session.
Had a good chat with K...what a day to end it, could be better if the morning session is completed.
