Mood Blog
Guess you have realise that the blog wasn't update as regularly as i used to.
It is not the time factor, more like the "mood" factor nowadays.
I still feeling down. Trying to break away from the "slide" to find something meaningful to do to keep my mind off.
Been trying out new sports/past time for the past 1-2 months. Hopefully i will find something that i really enjoyed.

I was saved(or should i say jio) to hit the gym yesterday evening. Due to the traffic and time factor, i can only reached the gym slightly after 6:30pm.
Did some weights before getting into the SPIN class.
Maybe it is the blue neon lights or i am simply feeling sleepy. I think i slept through the SPIN class. In fact that kind person that went with me is commenting. You look like you just woke up after the SPIN class!
Indeed i have fell asleep during the class! How can that be right? Haha...it is call efficient time management. Sleep work out! You get your sleep and a workout. Keke...and i don't mean those "bedding workout" hor!
That kind soul sort of offer to go "bedding" too at her place. Maybe after she read this thread, she won't be that keen. Haha.
