End Nov Weekend

It is the weekend before SCSM08. What that got to do with me? Am i running?

It seems more and more likely i will be at the start line on Sunday 5:30am.

Should i be taking part? I wish i dare to say - it is fine. Just a run...what is that to worry about. There are alot of stuffs that are going through my mind at this moment. Too troublesome to explain.

Lessons still goes on at SSC. My thumbs are sored. That is for not using the right muscle/technique or rather not "yet" master the skill leh....haha...

At the end of the 2 days, i am more sore than before! Sigh...

Saturday did a 10.5km in MR with the too-family. It was a good run. I think my pace is pretty good. 10.5 in 1:09hr. cool.
