Another step
I was dead tired yesterday. A long day without rest and yesterday knock out at 11:30pm. The next thing i know the alarm rang at 5:30am this morning. Damn i wish i can have more sleeping hours.
I pulled myself out of the bed and head for the gym unwillingly.
It really wasn't that bad, just the mind make it this way. :(
This morning decide to focus on the weights. It was a bit uncomfortable, but a process i have to go through in order to get back the fitness. I can only imagine the ache and pains that follow tomorrow. :(
