Mini Bi

The inferior tights are aching over the weight session over the past few days. Not surprising since i have been slacking for quite some time. Nothing to worry about as this kind of aching, has been a constant companion for the past few years. :)

Was a bit late but did meet up with the rest at CCK stadium this morning. After waiting for a while for the person that go jalan in Yishun, we proceed to NYP.

Suppose to meet up and start at 8am, we manage to do that at 8:45am instead.

Did 400 or is it 500 meters of warm up and then start to play with water, chit chat and didn't really get serious. Sigh.

This is the first time i hit the water for weeks! Can see that my fitness have dropped alot now. There is a long way i have to pick it up again. Nevertheless i shall reach there, just give me some time.

I struggle at times in the water. Can't sustain for long. This is not just bad, but more of rather embarrassing that i can degrade till this! Have a long way to get back at least decent standard.

Buay ask me to take over his 3km swim in May. I agreed. Cannot lack anymore till then. Have to work on it. Hopefully the small distraction will not be a hinder to my training program.

After 1 hr+ of swim, we changed and head into the run around 10am. It was a hot day. I was feeling tired. Legs getting abit heavy. That i am not worry, i am more concern about the HR. I was feeling a bit difficult. I guess it is more on a unfit case rather that anytime else.

Did 2 rounds within NYP. Accordingly 1 round is 1.6km, i don't feel it is that long. :)

Rest, wash up and a short walk to the canteen for a bite. Thanks to Peter, we have a free brunch. You can continue to be late, but no treat next time okay. :)
