Continue the workout this morning and head into the gym.

Body is abit sluggish due to workouts over the last couple of days. Abit of weak mind start creeping in!

Not to be denied. Proceed for a 50mins bike. Legs feel much lighter maybe due to the few workouts. Nevertheless keep it easy and moving forward slowly.

3 days in a row and looking good at this moment.
