A simple session
This evening head to the gym slightly late. Work and traffic play a part. Left with little time, manage to squeeze in around 45mins for weight session.
Can feel the stress of the weight and have to lower the load and did a simple and relax session.
Seem like start from "zero". The fitness i mean.
What can i do right? Just absorb it and move on. Slowly over time, it should get better.
A little step forward.
