On this day...It rains...or didn't rain.

It was raining when i step out of the house, it was pouring down on the way to the pool. It wasn't raining when i reach the pool.

The sky threaten with flashes of lightning and thunder, but no rain drops...

I thought for a while in front of the gate and u turn back. It is disappointing. Really is.

My legs are feeling the sng! Strange, i didn't swim this morning leh. Shouldn't i be feeling better! Weak mind lah.

The run still proceed. Today runs to the indoor stadium route. It was a bit difficult in the beginning, after a while really slow and steady forward. Everyone seems like running further away from me, while i shuffle behind. I wasn't chuan or anything, just couldn't run fast!

Slow and steady finished the run feeling pretty strong. Cool.
