DNF

Everything feel fine this morning.

It wasn't a pleasant sight when i saw the lane kena close again for private swimming.

I wasn't feeling the normal self in the pool. I wasn't tired, but felt chuan. Hmm....I was not comfortable. Mind start to do trick again. I tried to focus on other stuff.

Eventually i stopped. 31mins in the pool. Sigh.

Spent sometime speaking to Alvin..before heading for shower.

I think it is time for a rest. DNF...wahahaha.....
