Knee seems to be holding well. Not to be too optimistic, thing could turn bad easily given this injury prone body.
I was struggling abit for the first 20mins on the stationary bike before I feel relax. Didn’t push up the resistance and continue to finish the hour cycle.
Spent another 15mins working on the abdominal and back…to ease the tension…
Need some time to get back the feel. Maybe cause by fatigue.
