1st workout Sept 09
On the surface, it seems calm. When i hit the weights, it showing different signals.
Yes, it was expected after the long bike session yesterday.
Have to lower down the weights and keep it easy. It was a soothing kind of workout that focus on the lower body.
50mins of it, give the body a good stretch. Cool. After which continue with another 20mins on the walker. Hmm...the intention is to warm up the legs. Chose a Total Body workout theme and get more than what i am asking for. Have to lower down the resistance else the machine died on me...Sob..sob...
Well, a nice workout to start the week.
