Forgettable NF

A new start location...Ngee Ann Poly carpark next to swimming pool canteen(Blk 16).

Who turns up: Too Bi, Tao, CCF, Ba Kwa, Zhu Er and Clare.

Route - Rifle Range, Bukit Timah, Dairy Farm, Zheng Hua and back.

We started late, well...forget it....since no free breakfast....:(

Run was interesting...especially up the BT steepest slope...guess fitness still have some way to go to attempt to run non-stop till the top. Didn't really push because still have more than 20km to go, don't want to take the risk and get myself punchet..furthermore nowadays not that fit. :(

We didn't venture far today, as Clare had a fall. Thinking back think i should accompany her to walk back, whereas the rest can proceed with the recee. Well, no point dwelling on it, just forget it and move on.

Although the run is shorter than intended, but we ran a route that most of us have not done before.

It rains on the way back. We take shelters, chit chatting and shopping at petrol kiosk. :( Now we know what there is at the kiosk.

I think it is forgettable run(12km) today. Did we run? *rolleyes*
