Still drag myself to the pool despite the howling winds throughout the early wee of the morning. Hmm...no rain...whenever i take a peek out of the window from home.

I was late, very late to the pool this morning. Was disappointed when the water was warm. Sigh. Though the pool looks empty.

Did 3 breast + 1 free set today. Slow but steady and drag myself to 10 sets. 52mins of it. It has become mechanical, just do it.

The last hundred meters, HR went up again. Sigh. Can feel it getting agitated. Maybe it is the warm water. Hmm.....
