wednesday woe
The sun was bright when i woke up this morning. " IS IT"? Damn!
Oh yeah, the "clock" left it in the pouch outside on the living room. Damn!
So, there goes the morning workout. :(
Head to the gym during noon. Choose to do some spinning this time round.
The legs seems heavy and the thighs are pretty tight. I was a bit annoy on it and just let it ripe.
It was slight panting and hard cycle. The water flow is furious. I was wet in no time!
A good 45mins of bike session. Maybe i am just frustrated that i miss the workout this morning.
