Joy of working out
Running should be joyful.
In the mid of our busy schedule and get things done quickly, somehow we forget to smiles and enjoy ourself and run become so mechanical, it isn't fun anymore.
I was reading and the peddling getting harder..as i read on...i feel the legs get lighter and i feel much at ease.
I felt so much "happy" when i finished in 90mins later in the gym.
I have feeling too negative and forget the basic.
