Good Friday?
I hope today will be a better day of workout than yesterday :)
Head to the gym as usual. Decide to go with weights again. Ohh.....body is aching from yesterday session! It was challenging with the upper body workouts....but i manage to pull through...55mins of it. Phew! Fortunately only upper body aching...:)
Move forward with another 60mins on the bike. It wasn't that tough after the weights. In fact the body get warmed up properly and it was smooth on the bike.
It was a good morning workout to welcome the weekend ahead. :)
It was raining almost the entire day. It was cold in the office as well. *shiver*...
Hunger strikes way before the day end in office. Wanted to go and grab some food before heading home, but can't do that. At least i have to try...today seems to be an excellent day...given the cold weather....
Woohoo....i heading to the pool! If it rains i head home with some quick snack from the market, else it is going to be interesting.
Reached the pool before 5:30am. The pool usage is decent, with some swim classes going on and a few swimmers here and there.
I jumped in...*shiver*...and delighted with the cold weather! Quickly started off the swim.
Did the usual 200 meters circuit. Slow and steady moving forward. Cool! Trying to control the pace and keep myself relax and see how far i can last.
2km down, feeling strong and good and decide to push on. 2.5km completed and decide to stop. I am still feeling good! But......I have to stop
Since the early days(ages ago) of workout whereby i did some running on Friday evening, i have been not been doing any cardio activities on Friday night - the day before next morning LSD. After each run on Friday, i always feel tired on Saturday morning and thus stop the practise.
I can't run the night before morning LSD. But can i swim?
After 1:08hr swim this evening, tomorrow i will know whether i can run or not.
Time will tell.
