Didn't that bad after a weekend of workout. Maybe rest too much during weekdays, therefore didnt feel that worst(than expected).
Up cross trainer machine for 50mins this morning. Don't really fancy doing anything this morning and don't want to slack either.
It was a good "walk" and get to stretch the legs and arms abit. This kind of recovery workout is nice to have..should do this after a major event, if the weather to the pool is bad.
