Sunday - Bike

Calves are slightly sng from yesterday run, that isn't a hinder for today bike session. :)

Reached Casurina at 4:32am. Damn! Didn't know i can be take suan with traffic lights on the bike! Ok, driving on the road i have encountered one of those day that every traffic light turns RED on me! :( Today it happens on me on the bike!

Buay was early and zbj is no where to be seem. Check SMS, he is late and wanna meet us at Shell. So we head towards it. We did meet up and head towards LCK.

Break off with buay at LCK as he heads towards NTU, whereas we get back to Mandai.

Still feeling decent. We proceed to do another loop at Mandai and back at Casurina as per plan. 75km planned this morning.

Zbj is too sleepy on the return leg :) "bus stop?".

Have our breakfast before we head each way back home. Choose to use Yck route and reached home at 9:54am.
