Busy.....

It was a super busy day yesterday and today. In 2 minds about coming to office for work or head straight to the pool. At the end get to the pool as i don't know if i can make it for the run this evening.

It was cold when i jumped into the pool. I was surprise and quickly swam off!

It seems like breathing is abit out of syn today and feeling uncomfortable for the first few laps. Decide to go breast stroke heavy to calm myself down.

Eventually it get better and i manage to get a nice rhythm.

Decide to stop at 2.5km. Still full of energy and roaring to GO. Have to stop, bath and get back to office.

A nice 68mins slow effort this morning to stay the day. Hopefully it gets better later.
