Day after SCSM

Have a late night watching movie...and ended up feeling pretty tired in the morning.

Have to slug it out for 60mins on the bike. Not that pretty with lots of perspiration. Couldn't understand why.

Just glad that i manage to finish and move on with it.

It was a bad traffic jammed on AYE this morning coming towards work and came in 20mins later than expected, but still within working hours though. Anyway, going to stay late for work later. Sigh...

Quite a few folks had asked me did i took part in the run..well...i am not a fan of SCSM so didn't take part in the run...which is my official reply.. :)
