Happy New Year

1.1.2010.....a good day to start....working out! A new beginning....

Woke up at 3:50am, left home at 4:20am for a bike ride this morning towards Casurina.

Meet Burnz and Batx at 5am. Reached 4:57am. :) There are there waiting before..cool...at least everyone is on time for a NEW YEAR! Good omen!

We started the training proper at 5:02am and head towards our usual Lim Chu Kang route. The pace seems faster. I don't know if that is the case of there is a problem with speedometer(change better yesterday will need to check the calibration later). Nevertheless i find not as tiring as i previously experience going up the slope on the big crank. Cool.

Did a few pip stops as the guys in front waited for slow me to arrive. :)

Managed to arrive back at Casurina at 7:38am. Suppose to meet up at 7:30am. According to Batx, both the ladies not here yet. I was thinking, couldn't be that we miss her along the route. Well, the truth is known when they came back. Keke.

We proceed with another short cycle together towards Pierce reservoir and test out the short double speed humps. It wasn't that bad didn't it? Keke.

Have our breakfast and nice chit chat before we split out for home.
