Last 2009

I am back for work again. Given the choice, everyone will take leaves today rather than yesterday. Not me...today is special..must work...anyway, almost everybody is not around...should be a "free" day.

Head to the gym for weights this morning. Need to do at least 1 session per week to keep the "shape". Round is also a shape, especially must avoid during this festive period.

Spent around 65mins. Did a decent weights, trying to put light weights on the legs portion. Can still feel that it has not recover yet. It is okay, more or less expected it.

This is my last workout in 2009.

It has been a long year. I did a total of 5 events this year: Disney Goffy Challenge, Passon Run 15km, AHM21km, Genting Trialblazer and MR ultra. I think i also do a 3km Tri-factor swim under Buay's name. Also Desaru HIM(Swim relay).

In term of events, can see that i have reduce the quantity again. Which is what i am looking for. I need the rest to recharge the battery. Too much events, leads me to lose focus in other thing in life.

Come 2010, i have signed up or have the intent to do 4 events. At the end of 2010, i guess the number of events more or less will be kept to half a dozen(the most). So if has to be challenging & slow enough for an old tigger since VISA is a premiere.
