CATS
This morning i saw an asian(non local) walk into a local mini mart. Came up with a can of food. Pick up some paper(from the dustbin) and pour out the can of animal food on the paper. A stray cat came over and eat it, while he walks away. It is as though it is a norm ritual.
Half an hour later, i saw another middle age chinese male, pour out some food from his hand carry plastic bag to the ground and feed another stray cat in the openair carpark.
Stray or not, i think i am seeing a trend here.....
How many lives does a cat has? How many lives does Tigger has?
I am on leave today. I head to the pool for a swim. I haven't come to this pool for a long time. It is the only pool i know that have early swim on Wednesday.
Lot of older folks this morning. Much more than the usual pool i went. Since i have time, i intend to go long this morning. 4km? That is what i am targeting, let see how it progress.
Water is slightly chilled. Cool. I head out in a decent pace. Quite a few siam here and there to avoid the crowd pool. Still manageable IMO.
1B+1F+2B circuits this morning. Feeling fine with the strategy and effort. 2km over, still feeling strong and good.
2.4km down and suddenly i felt HR went up. Damn. Stopped at 2.5km to get some reading from HRM. Damn it! Can't register. Feed up, proceed again since i can't get anything! It could be false alarm. Time check 64min++.
Proceed again, can feel HR should be UP. Felt body getting tired. I think better don't take too much chance and aggravate what has already been a obedient heart(on Sunday stressing).
Decide to call it a day at 3km. Time check 78mins. Getting slowing down. Better to stop and rest.
After bathing, checked HRM again. It register HIGH. I am right. Sigh.
Decide to skip the gym workout and proceed for breakfast and a rest.
