Tuesday - continue recovery
Body still aches little. My feel is that the worst has subside. It is slowly returning to norm.
A bit lazy, but didn't stop me from heading into the water. I know this is good for recovery, therefore heading into the water without too much hesitance.
Decide to go for 2km and do it slowly stretching the muscles and get some movements to the rest of the limps.
It was slightly stiff before the swim, but feel much better after it. Cool.
54mins spent. Last 500 meters put in some effort to finish it off. Great.
It was time for CBD run this evening. Again the sky show signs of downpour, but the show has to go ON!
It is a short 7.5km run this evening to soothe the aching body for some. It did cross my mind not to run as right feet PF is showing sign of flaring up. Nevertheless, i did lace up the shoe and proceed.
It wasn't that bad at the end of the run. Still manageable to complete the run without too much discomfort. Complete the run in slightly less than an hour. Good enough as a recovery.
