Post Long weekend
After a long weekend. Basically didn't do much workouts for half the period! How not to get FAT? Not unexpected, when festive season kicks in and have a slightly long rest. :p
It wasn't that bad after the run, except for some abrasion and swollen toes. That is normal nothing to be alarm of given the natural of workout yesterday.
This morning woke up with slight ache. At least remind me that i have a long workout yesterday. It will get worst by the end of today by norms.
This morning head to the gym and tried to accelerate the progress. Hop on the bike and go for an easy 40mins peddling. Put on low resistance just to get the legs moving. It wasn't that tough, but do not wish to push my luck and keep it simple.
A nice feeling at the end of the session to kick start the week.
