Sunday Brick
Wake up at the same time as yesterday. It only means i going out cycling.
I started with Ironhorse from ECP B1 at slightly after 3:30am. After some calculation, i target to be back at 5:30am, it means i can do a single loop to Changi Point and back.
It was dark, quite a fair bit of people in ECP at this early part of the morning. Try to go for more SPIN that resistance. Manage a decent pace. I think it is abit slow given the flat terrain.
Pretty uneventful the bike trip. Coastal road riding is getting better after number of enhancement by LTA.
Reached B1 slightly short of 45km so extend to end of Ford Road and return. Just nice 45km in 2 hours flat. Cool.
Take a toilet break and wait for Tao and Yankee to join me for a run at 6am.
Started off almost on the dot towards NSRCC.
Pace and HR was decent throughout the run. Though seems to be taking some effort though. Should be able to control.
Tummy isn't that good, so on the return leg to the sea sport club toilet, have to make a pitt stop. :p
Take it pretty easy as the place is flood with people doing "run for my lunch" and TP(SAFRA). Did manage to spot some familiar faces an chit on it.
Reached back at B1(time:2:38hr), distance 20km.
Take a bath before heading for breakfast.
Quite nice weekend, something different from the norm. Will resume normal training next week.
