Feb loh!

Monday, time to pull back abit. Can feel some stress on certain part of the joints. Just need to be careful and don't aggravate anything that looks like flaring up.

Decide to goes for cross trainer this mornng. 50mins of walking around, and just get some sweat out. Did feel much better after the session.

The skins are dropping. Wow, mechiam like a snake...after the desaru-burnt 2 weeks back. So horrible!

It is Feb! Another 2 more months to D-Day! Tick Tock, Tick Tock.
