Another Friday

Not feeling that good and decide to skip the run yesterday evening. This morning, i think i am glad that i make the decision.

Feeling much better as i step into the gym again. Get up the bike and go.

It wasn't really that bad, but maybe bored find it abit difficult to motivate myself. Nevertheless have to bite through and go.

Slowly increase the resistance bit at a time and realise i am struggling to keep it up. Damn! At the end, didn't get up the cadence/resistance as expected. :(

50mins of biking and some stretching to start a Friday.

I only hope i can nailed the training i have set out to do.

Choose to head for the water this afternoon instead of the gym. Dunno why still have the reluctance to do it. Just my characters that don't like changes. Once warm up already then no problem going. Just need the first step!

Decide to go for free style heavy today. 10 sets completed in 54mins. A bit surprise at the slow timing, but satisfy that i manage to complete the swim.

I think i was deliberate block by 2 ladies swimmers. :P Anyway, life move on.

Time to focus on the weekend workout. But first, i need my sleep first. Yawn!
