A long friday ahead?
It was easy from the start and i know this is going to be one of those day when i hop onto the gym bike in the morning.
Reading my mag and listening to Mp3, 50mins goes off pretty fast. Clock a good distance as well with tonnes of sweat flowing around effortlessly.
Finished with some stretches to start the day
No workout in the afternoon. Sigh..
Evening went for 2km swim. Not as good condition as expected. Will do :P
Time to rest.
