Starting Work - 17 Feb 10
I couldn't believe how sore the legs and joints are this morning when i woke up. It isn't really that bad, the body condition, just that i expect it just a regular bike session.
6hrs+ of bike, well it is not as though i haven't been biking recently or done anything that long. Strange.
Thought about going for a swim, but timing isn't right. So have to head to gym instead.
Get up the bike for a low resistance session to get some movements in the legs and try to soothe the aches. I think 50mins session is a nice and short ride. Spent some time doing some stretching before heading to the shower.
A good start of the New Year.
