Time to move up.
I head into the pool early this morning.
Legs seems abit tights but still doable as i get into the pool. Pace uncle started about 30meters in front of me.
The distance get longer until almost 5ometers after a few laps as i struggle to keep pace. Am i pushing the pace or i am slow today i dont really know.
The entire swim, i wasn't feeling really comfortable, but i did try to slow down and enjoy the swim.
The gap didn't get longer than 50 meters and by the end of 2.5km i am just 10 meters behind. Just need some more distance i could have caught up with him.
Either pacer uncle has improved or i am getting weaker. :p
Back start to get abit stuff after that. Can feel the body is getting tired. Which is not a good sign.
Manage to complete 15 sets and call it a day. Phew.
77mins effort, which is pretty decent.
