Stuck

I cannot believe it that i was stuck from leaving office for the past 2 days. :p

Last evening couldn't make it to CBD run *sob*. So i head into gym and get myself 30mins on the rowing machine. Wow, the calf are aching after that. I wonder, how come, i always ended with sore calf. Guess the calf are weak.

This morning woke up with aching calf and slightly strain right hamstring. Hmm...

Proceed to the gym and get up the bike and try to do "80" again. It wasn't that tough, just uncomfortable with the practise.

It seems that going higher cadence will give more distance compare to less cadence with higher resistance, even though the watt are similar.

It was a wet session, but wasn't anywhere close to dying for 50mins. Easy ride. Cool.

Wanted to get into the gym. This time a clubfit gym. There are 2 surrounding here. Both are nearby, the most convenience is at JE. So in the afternoon i head over for a test.

Mission Failed. Despite a recee last week. Guess i have to learn from lesson.

Anyway, there is a pool underneath the gym/stadium. So i head into the water instead. Pool was almost deserted. Weather was hot.

It seems there are some current in the pool. Wanted to do a long swim, but was stop short after 7 sets as i felt a twitch, which naturally means No Go! I stop at 1.5km. I think by then either it is a false alarm or the body recovered. Anyway, this is the first time, more on see/look mission. So okay lah...37mins effort, quite decent not really push hard yet. Cool.

Will try the gym again. :p
