Ride - 80
I am glad i have a short workout yesterday. After coming back home for the short ride, i can feel the legs are abit stressed throughout the day. It isn't a mental thing that shorter the ride.
I was up as usual and chomp chomp get into gym. Try out low resistance and get the cadence up. It took a while before i get stabilise at 80 rpms.
A good 50mins ride this morning to get the legs moving. Still not as comfortable as high resistance and pushing slowly forward Need more time to get use to this.
A good start to a Monday morning.
