Simple Start

I didn't felt well in the evening. Maybe the food, maybe the beer. Maybe the combination over many stuffs.

Couldn't get to sleep that well. The body is rebelling. Should i or not....eventually i reached the gym.

I have to go slow given the body condition and choose to do light biking for 50mins. Just enough to get the perspiration out and get the engine warm up for the day ahead.

A simple session to start the week.
