Water!

It isn't that long. 1.5hr workout is it long? Just a typical workout session IMO. :p

I was slight late by a few steps to the pool..Pacer uncle already 1.5 laps in front of me when i started off.

I started off in typical fashion, slow and steady. Thinking of the coming race and the strategy to adopt based on my current training and fitness level. Start to count my stroke per 50 meters either in Breast or Freestyle. Alas i think i lost count of the laps. :( To be on the safe side, take the conservative approach. So take less lap. Anyway, when i reached my "1.5km" do a check on the timing and based on perceive effort and verify the distance again.

When i reached 1.5km, the time split is 42mins. That is most likely not right based on the effort. I think i did 1 set more than current count. Hmm...No problem proceed as per norm and check again in 2.5km. Pacer uncle stop at 2.5km, i check based on his count.

For unknown reason i keep drinking lots of water in the swim. Damn! Could it be i am tired? Or what! I dun know, but i just keep taking mouthful of water from time to time. :(

As expected, when pacer uncle stop at 2.5km. It has confirm that i am swimming with a set short(on the count). Unless uncle kelong, which i doubt so. I am just about 15meter behind uncle when he finished his swim and i proceed further.

I try to do 15 sets this morning. Given that i miss a count. I would be doing 16 sets officially. Which is kind of good feeling. Hmm...maybe i just push a bit more(i think it is time anyway) to go further and off i go heading towards another level.

3.5km of swim this morning in 88mins. Huat lah! Wasn't feeling that bad, can still go if require, but better not. I am late for work!

Anyway, spent some minutes speaking to Alvin(before and after the swim) on his coming Hainan Race! Cool! or rather Hot weather awaits! Wahaha....

It isn't long as long as you are prepare. Nice to get up another notch. Cool.
