Gearing Up......

I am up again as usual and head to the gym. I am in two mind, what i wanna do this morning and afternoon.

After weighing all the options, decide to get on with the weights.

A sweating 80mins of weight workout ensued. It is a good session, getting the body a good "stretch". Hopefully not much damage done, still have a long workout over the next few days.

I hope i can stay focus and finish what i have intended to do.

I was not really hungry. But i drank alot of water. My office has a NKF checkup and i am suppose to be on fasting for the event. So no choice but to drink more water and go toilet more often!

I wasn't comfortable going for workout in the afternoon with an empty stomach. So it has to be shelved.

After work decide to go for a short swim. I just need to do something to keep the momentum going into the weekend.

10 sets. Freestyle heavy. Nice.

Well, it started off strange. Feeling the strains on the legs and arms from morning workout. After a while, it get better. Take it pretty good speed i felt.

It get slightly crowded and more people around with similar pace and keep each other motivated. It is nice to push a bit and go stroke to stroke with the rest. Cool!

At the end 52mins. Kind of slow with the effort, well maybe the workout this morning has taken a toll. Feeling real good at the end of the swim.

When things look real good. HR went north after the swim. What can i say? Reality cannot be deny. :(
