Swim continues
Apart from a bit of aching on the upper body due to the weights session yesterday, everything looks fine.
I jumped into the water, warm(sigh) and decide i should only restrict myself to 2km. Wahaha...
Pacer uncle not around, so it is up to me...a quiet slow swim ensued.
I wanted to call it a day after 1km. I wasn't feeling that fresh. Not really cannot take it, just wanna slack. No choice quickly switch my mind off the negative and to something more fun.
After 54mins, i have completed the target distance. Still feeling okay...which is a good sign.
