Log - 23 April 10 - warming up

Body should have adapt back to the regular workouts. Just need to get the engine fire up nicely.

The ache has gone. Shingles is almost gone as well. Everything seems to be back "online" again.

That is good going into the weekend, with the long run coming up. I hate to do super long run(40km+) for training. For races it is fine, but for training. Not a good prospect. But when it has to be done, then have to plan and go for it. The last 40km training is for North Face. Wow, that was really interesting. How i manage it, i don't know. :p

This morning get into the gym and hop onto the bike. Nice and easy peddle forward. Ok..it is stationary, no forwarding involved.

Nice session. Quite a fair bit of water and 50mins is up.

Just keep it warm and ready for another super long run tomorrow.
