26 April 2010 - Easing back

Legs are feeling that bit of aching. The only real concern continues to be the back of the right calves(just below the knee) that is a bit over stretch. Need to watch it gingerly. I should be good for another run this weekend.

Head to the gym and decide to do abit of walking, bike and stretching. Basically to slack and give myself more time to recover.

45mins spent in the gym. Glad to get myself going. Still some way to go before D day in May.
